A lovely floral honey wine that pairs wells with curry dishes, a Ploughmans Lunch, Medieval feasts or Viking mead hall events.Bear River CherryMedium cherry wine pairs well with ham, smoked meats, festive rich Christmas cakes. Celebrating the fame of Bear River as a cherry growing area of the past.Rous Brook RhubarbChill and serve with lamb, fiddleheads and new potatoes or fish cakes.Makes a nice spring spritzer with sprig of mint. This wine is fast becoming our most famous and most innovative wine. Very popular with seafood and shellfish pairings.Sou'wester StrawberryOh sweet june in a glass!A favored female choice, but certainly not limited to. Nova Scotia has long been famous for strawberry cultivation. This wine makes a nice spritzer, dessert wine and with a summer salad. Celebrating both our great rain hats and the sou�wester winds that have such an effect on our Atlantic weather. Lake Rossignol CranberryA tart, traditional holiday fruit & wine that pairs well with any poultry dish. Lake Rossignol is Nova Scotias largest man made lake and where all the wild cranberries for our first cranberry wines came from. The last few years we have been getting cranberries from Hermans Island near Lunenburg Town.Wines available exclusively at our winery only
